Buyers' Brigade™
We're looking for a select group of women to pose as potential customers, to assess the ability of companies to sell to women.
Don't think" mystery shopping." This is much more challenging and demanding. Our evaluators, or BrigadiersTM as they're affectionately known, visit sophisticated selling venues in insurance, financial services, auto, and other industries. They pose as interested buyers,, while identifying and evaluating selling professionals, management, and their staff based on specific criteria-the Maddox Smye 63 Selling to Women™ Behaviors..
In addition to filling out a checklist survey, Brigadiers must be able to write clear, grammatically-correct assessments. Select Brigadiers also may be called upon to give face-to-face feedback to sales professionals and/or others involved in the sales process.
