Rebecca Maddox is President, CEO, and a founding principal of Maddox Smye LLC. Ms. Maddox is a much sought-after business advisor, helping Fortune 1000 companies increase market share and profitability by improving their ability to sell effectively to women. A CPA with an MBA from Columbia, Ms. Maddox enjoyed a successful 20-year career in corporate America prior to founding Maddox Smye, holding positions that include CEO of Compass Rose, Inc., and senior vice president of both Capital Holding and Citigroup. She also served on the Board of Directors of Right Management Consultants. Author of the bestseller, Inc. Your Dreams, Ms. Maddox has appeared on CNBC and CNN, and is in constant demand as a speaker.
Marti Smye is Chair and a founding principal of Maddox Smye LLC. Dr. Smye is a world-renowned organizational behaviorist and executive consultant. Founder of PeopleTech, Inc., an international consulting firm which she subsequently sold to Right Management Consultants, she later served on Right's Board, along with Rebecca Maddox. She currently leads the Coaching and Executive Development Division for Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest executive search firm. A registered psychologist and accomplished writer, Dr. Smye's books include: You Don’t Change a Company by Memo: The Simple Truths about Management Change, and Is It Too Late to Run Away and Join the Circus? A Guide for Your Second Life. Dr. Smye is a popular guest on radio and television, appearing on such shows as NBC’s Today.
Manville Smith, Corporate Services, is an economist originally from Lima, Peru. Recruited by 3M, Mr. Smith served with them for two decades, pioneering sales in Latin America, and then functioning in roles as diverse as corporate negotiator for the Latin American Free Trade Association (LAFTA) and founding and managing international subsidiaries. The Parker Pen Company recruited Mr. Smith to serve as president, and he successfully took them out of a serious decline. He then joined Right Management Consultants, where he served in a variety of capacities, helping guide RMC to first place in the career management field. Mr. Smith joined Spherion Corporation after his 12-year tenure with Right, reorganizing and heading their Human Capital Consulting Group. During his four years with Spherion, he repositioned and diversified their outplacement business into career management consulting services.
Rachel Evans directs the customization and delivery of both Selling to Women™ and JumpStart in Professional Services Consulting for Maddox Smye. Prior to Maddox Smye, Ms. Evans was president and co-owner of EnteLead Inc., a performance-consulting firm that helped Fortune 500 companies develop leaders and organizations capable of producing sustainable business results. A 15-year career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) established Ms. Evans as a results-oriented manager and senior consultant in business, organization development, and change and project management. Ms. Evans holds a Master of Organization Development degree from Bowling Green State University, Ohio, and a BS in Management Information Systems from Oakland University, Michigan. She holds two business-coaching certifications, from the M.I.T. Organization Learning Center and the Newfield Group, California.
Noha Garas oversees publishing, speeches, and events, web content, and marketing services in the area of Knowledge Management Services at Maddox Smye. For the past five years, Noha has managed various internal and external client projects for the company. Concurrent with this, she has worked as a marketing consultant and project manager for both Fortune 100 companies and small start-ups. Prior to branching into consulting, she worked with Right Management Consultants, with responsibilities for operations, human resources, quality assurance, and marketing services for the firm 11 states comprising the firm’s Southern Group. She also developed and implemented branch office management systems, and contributed to the redesign of RMC’s compensation system on a global scale. Noha is an electrical engineer who began her career with utility giant Florida Power and Light Group.
Oneida Cox Werger, is a coach with 20 years of management and human performance consulting with Maddox Smye LLC. A member of the International Coaching Federation, Ms. Cox Werger has presented seminars to organizations on Human Performance and Change Management, Process/Product Innovation, Sales, and Team Success to Fortune 100 and 500 corporations. Ms. Cox Werger founded Creative Change, a coaching and consulting practice with a focus on implementing large-scale change within companies around the world. She designs and facilitates innovative training, strategic planning, and coaching sessions and has led change management initiatives to maximize success of large-scale change. Ms. Cox Werger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Psychology from Western Kentucky University and holds numerous professional certifications.
Christine Anne Infanzon provides comprehensive professional administrative assistance and support for Maddox Smye. She began her career at Maddox Smye as executive assistant to the COO and is currently responsible for administrative services for the CEO and for client administration duties. She serves as a key team member for the JumpStartSM 10/10 program, and provides client support for other MS programs, including Selling to Women.™ Additionally, Christine is responsible for overseeing travel and meeting arrangements, book fulfillment, invoicing, and procedures. Prior to joining Maddox Smye, Christine partnered with her husband in establishing Moto-Boutique, Inc. in Daytona Beach, Florida. A native of the U.K., Christine was the personal assistant to the Kent Partnership Director at Kent County Council. She holds an LCCI Diploma for Private Secretaries and RSA Diplomas for Information Technology and for Bilingual Secretaries in German, in which she is fluent. She also earned a certificate from the National Examining Board for Supervisory Management.
Bonnie L. Smith began as a writer and editor at Maddox Smye in 2001. She authors both Female Facts, the weekly Maddox Smye e-newsletter on women and diverse populations, and the blog In Touch. She has contributed video scripts, training modules, manuals, role-play scenarios, and performs research and editing in print and on the web. As part of the Buyers' Brigade Management Team, Bonnie facilitated the Brigade training modules and personally coached Brigadiers. Prior to Maddox Smye, Bonnie founded SabioMundo.com, a pioneering web-based educational consulting firm, with offices in Florida and Argentina. Subsequently, she established a consulting and business services firm, Remanso Consulting, Inc. Before transitioning to the corporate arena, Bonnie served on the faculty of Florida Atlantic University and held the position of chair of the Spanish department at All-Star Academy (American Heritage). Bonnie holds a BA in Languages and Linguistics and an MA in Comparative Literature from Florida Atlantic University.
